By the end of this tutorial, you will be able to reset your LinkedIn password to something that you can easily remember.

If you cannot remember your password for LinkedIn and want to reset your password, follow the screens below.

Step 1 – Visit the LinkedIn homepage

Go to the LinkedIn Homepage by entering www.linkedin.com into your web browser.

Step 2 – Click the “Forgotten password?” link

You will be asked to enter your username or email address. If you don’t remember your password, click on the Forgotten password? link at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3 – Find your account

Enter your email address to find your LinkedIn account. Click the Find account button.

Step 4 – Reset link sent notification

Once on this page, you are notified to check your email and click the secure link.

Step 5 – Click the reset link

You will receive an email in your inbox containing a link, ‘Reset my password’. Click the link to proceed.

Step 6 – Create a strong new password

You will be asked to enter your strong new password. Once you have entered your password and confirmed it, click the Submit button.

Step 7 – Finally, regain access your LinkedIn account

You will be sent to a page that contains a Go to homepage button.
